We're hiring cleaners in Austin
RainFresh Clean is a small, local cleaning company. Most of our work is short-term rental turnovers: getting an Airbnb ready between one guest's checkout and the next guest's arrival. Pay starts at $18 an hour. If you're the kind of person who can't walk past a smudged mirror, we'd like to hear from you.
What the job looks like
- Turnover cleans at short-term rentals around Austin. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fresh beds, and putting the home back so it matches the listing photos.
- Most turnovers happen between a late-morning checkout and an afternoon check-in, so this is daytime work.
- Some regular home cleans and deep cleans mixed in.
- Pay starts at $18 an hour, with room to earn more after a 90-day trial period.
- We’ll go over scheduling on our first call.
Who we're looking for
- You notice the hair on the shower wall before anyone else does.
- You show up when you say you will, and you text us if something comes up.
- You have reliable transportation to get around Austin.
- You’re 18 or older.
- Experience helps, but it isn’t required. We’ll show you how we do it.
Our owners host short-term rentals themselves and have earned Airbnb Superhost status, so we know what guests notice and what ends up in reviews. We’ll be clear about what a finished clean looks like before you ever start one.
